The U.S. will go this far on the issue of sanctions

The United States could go as far as imposing a comprehensive trade embargo on Russia in its sanctions policy.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Dalip Singh, the Deputy National Security Advisor to the U.S. President.

"The history of sanctions is not bright, but as Russia completely turns its economy into a war machine, we will reach a point where we can achieve something de facto," Singh said.
