Putin appointed Dyumin as the State Council Secretary

Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed his assistant Aleksey Dyumin as the Secretary of the State Council.

Axar.az informs that this information was reported by TASS.

It should be noted that Putin had appointed Aleksey Dyumin, the 50-year-old governor of Tula Oblast and a lieutenant general, as his assistant on May 16. Dyumin is considered to be Putin's potential successor.
