Pyongyang sent 150 tons of garbage to South Korea

North Korea sent over 150 tons of bottles filled with garbage to South Korea.

Axar.az reports that this information was provided by the "Yonhap" agency, citing sources from Seoul's Joint Chiefs of Staff.

According to the information, the bottles started crossing the border on the evening of May 28 and landed in various parts of the country. Inside the balloons were plastic bottles, batteries, shoe parts, and leaflets.

After the dissemination of the propaganda materials from South Korea throughout the country, North Korea announced that the garbage balloons were released.

It should be noted that for years, individuals who have managed to escape from North Korea to South Korea have been sending bottles filled with leaflets criticizing Kim Jong-un to the country's territory.
