Prisoner exchange has been halted - Ombudsman

Prisoner exchange between Russia and Ukraine has been suspended for several months now.

Axar.az reports that Tatyana Moskalkova, the human rights ombudsman of Russia, stated this during a meeting of the State Duma's Committee on Civil Society Development.

Moskalkova added that they have been in dialogue with the Ukrainian ombudsman and the International Committee of the Red Cross and have made mutual efforts to release prisoners.
