After returning 4 villages - Markov

After the return of four villages of Gazakh region to Azerbaijan, the process of border delimitation and demarcation will accelerate significantly. This will create very good conditions for the signing of a peace agreement.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the director of the Institute of Political Studies, political scientist Sergey Markov in a conversation with journalists.

"On my own behalf and on behalf of all the friends of Azerbaijan, who are many in Russia, I congratulate Azerbaijan on its Independence Day. We are very happy that Azerbaijan is one of the truly independent states today, because it is conducting an independent policy. Azerbaijan is a winning country. Azerbaijan has won the Second Karabakh War and is showing economic growth. Baku is a very beautiful, modern city that millions of tourists want to visit. "Azerbaijan has undoubtedly become the leader of the South Caucasus," said Markov.
