Meloni's party won the election

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni's Italian Brothers Party won 28.8 percent of the votes in the European Parliament elections.

Axar.az reports that this was stated in the information of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Italy.

The second place was taken by the opposition Democratic Party, which received 24 percent of the votes.

The "Brothers" ally, the Forward Italy Party, received 9.7 percent of the vote.
