Washington is primarily responsible for the deliberate rocket attack on civilians in Sevastopol.

Axar.az reports that this was stated in the statement issued by the Ministry of Defense of Russia.

"Flight missions for ATACMS missiles are provided by American specialists based on US satellite intelligence. Therefore, the responsibility for the intentional missile attack on the civilian population in Sevastopol falls primarily on Washington, which delivered these weapons to Ukraine, as well as on the Kyiv regime, which carried out this attack from its territory. Such actions will not go unanswered," the information stated.

It should be noted that 3 people died and 124 were injured as a result of Ukraine's shelling of Sevastopol today.
