Terrorist acts in Dagestan: a criminal case was opened

A criminal case has been opened in connection with the terrorist acts that took place in the cities of Darbend and Makhachkala in Dagestan.

Axar.az reports that the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has released information about this.

The committee said that investigators and criminalists are working at the scene to identify those involved in terrorist acts.

All mass events in the city of Darbend have been cancelled.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dagestan reported that two gunmen who opened fire were killed.

It should be noted that an armed raid was made on two Orthodox churches, a synagogue and a traffic police post in the cities of Darband and Makhachkala. As a result of terrorist acts, according to preliminary information, a priest of the Russian Orthodox Church, a guard and police officers were killed.
