Riots in Kayseri: 67 people were detained

Turkish law enforcement agencies detained 67 people who took part in protests in Kayseri city regarding child abuse.

Axar.az reports that the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkiye, Ali Yerlikaya, told about this.

According to the minister, the minor was a relative of the detained Syrian, and an investigation has been launched.

"Citizens who gathered in the area took illegal steps, demonstrated actions inconsistent with human values ​​and damaged houses, businesses and cars belonging to Syrians. As a result of the intervention of law enforcement agencies, 67 people were detained for these actions."

It should be noted that a Syrian man raped a 6-year-old girl in Kayseri, Turkiye.
