There should be no ceasefire or pause in the further arming of the Kyiv regime. Moscow wants the conflict to end once and for all.

Axar.az reports that the Russian leader Volodymyr Putin said these words.

He noted that Kyiv does not let the idea of a ceasefire close, because in this case the excuse for extending the martial law regime disappears:

"If Ukraine ends martial law, they will have to hold presidential elections. The chances of the Ukrainian authorities to win are close to zero. "Russia sees that Kyiv is not ready to give up the war until the end."

Putin called the complete withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Donbass and Novorossiya (territories that Russia occupied and annexed to Ukraine - ed.) as one of the conditions for ending the conflict.
