The Kuwait Oil Company (KPC) announced on Sunday that it has discovered a huge oil field in the Nohata field, east of Kuwait's Failaka Island, with reserves estimated at 3.2 billion barrels.
Axar.az informs that director General of KPC, Sheikh Nawaf Saud Nasir al-Sabah, said that the reserves of the field are equal to three years worth of the country's entire production.
