Armenians bought real estate worth 60m dollars

Real estate worth 60 million dollars was sold in two days at the "Dubai Investment" exhibition held in Armenia. The result was so unexpected that the organizers of the exhibition immediately decided to open a branch in Yerevan.

Axar.az reports that "The Past" newspaper wrote about this with reference to its sources.

According to information, most of the sold properties were one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The organizer of the exhibition is the "Elit Stroy Property" company, which has extensive experience in Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Thailand, and the UAE.

Although the company's employees confirmed the news about the opening of the branch, they did not provide information about the customers.
