A migrant who plans to move to Russia with his family should teach his children the Russian language in advance so that they understand the culture of behavior and communication with their peers.

Axar.az reports that Anzor Muzayev, the head of Rosobrnadzor, said this.

"If you connect your life with Russia, if you want to become its citizen, if you want your children to study here, how can you acquire knowledge without knowing the Russian language?" - Muzayev said.
