The Council of the European Union adopted two important decisions that will contribute to the further development of partnership with Armenia. For the first time, we have made a decision to provide support to Armenia in the amount of 10 million euros (military aid from the European Peace Fund - ed.). We also gave the green light to start a dialogue with Armenia on visa liberalization.

Axar.az reports that these words were said by the EU's chief diplomat Josep Borrell.

"I am very glad that we have been able to accept two decisions that Armenia has been waiting for a long time and that will strengthen our partnership with Armenia," he said.
