Haniyeh's death: Iran's political elite is in shock

Iran's high-ranking officials were shocked by the killing of Hamas leader Haniyeh in Tehran.

Axar.az reports that the "New York Times" published information about this with reference to sources.

"Because this is a big blow to Iran's security reputation and a message to the whole region. The rocket fell directly into Haniya's bedroom. The missile could have landed in the bedroom of Ayatollah Khamenei or the new president of Iran, whom Haniyeh met a few hours before he was killed," the report said.

It should be noted that the residence of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran was hit by rocket fire today. As a result, he and his bodyguard died.
