Georgia expects reciprocal steps from its American partners, the steps taken by the US so far are not reciprocal steps.

Axar.az reports that Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze said this while answering journalists' questions about the suspension of US aid to Tbilisi.

"The main thing for us is that we are in standby mode. We are taking steps and the most important thing is to receive reciprocal steps from our American partners. What we have seen so far are not reciprocal steps," he said.

It should be noted that US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken announced that more than 95 million dollars in aid has been suspended as part of the review of relations with the Georgian government under the "Foreign Agents" law.
