Shoigu is visiting Iran

Secretary of the Russian Security Council Sergei Shoigu went on a planned business trip to Iran on Monday.

Axar.az reports that in Tehran he will hold talks with the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran, Ali Akbar Ahmadian, and the Chief of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Mohammad Bagheri.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian will also receive Shoigu.

Security, trade and economic projects, as well as various aspects of global and regional security will be discussed during the talks.
