"The General Military Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee, with the operational support of the Federal Security Service, is investigating a criminal case against the officials of the Ministry of Defense, as well as the officials of the "Patriot" park and exhibition center, on the charge of fraud. Vladimir Shesterov and park director Vyacheslav Akhmedov were detained as part of the criminal case," the report said.
