Russia, Ukraine initiate talks on prisoner exchange

Negotiations have begun between Russia and Ukraine regarding the exchange of prisoners of war captured from both sides in the Kursk region.

Axar.az reports that this information was provided by the Financial Times.

It is noted that Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets had announced an agreement on the exchange of prisoners. Lubinets indicated that the initiative was proposed by the Russian side.
