Israeli raid neutralizes militant near Hebron

This morning, Israeli soldiers neutralized a Palestinian militant involved in an attack on a car in which three Israeli police officers were killed near the city of Hebron on the West Bank.

Axar.az reports that this information was released by the army's press service.

According to the report, Israeli soldiers conducted a raid in Hebron, surrounded the house where the suspect was located, and then killed him in a gunfight. During a search, an 'M-16' rifle was found on him.

'The deceased was a 31-year-old named Mohammad al-Aswad from the Palestinian village of Idna, near Hebron. He was associated with the Fatah movement and had previously served in the Palestinian Presidential Guard and Palestinian security services,' the report noted.
