Kursk attack shows Russia's limitations, Volker claims

Ukraine's attack on the Kursk region shows that Russia is unable to both attack and defend at the same time.

Axar.az reports that Kurt Volker, former U.S. Ambassador to NATO, said these words.

"Russia cannot attack Ukraine and defend itself at the same time. It must make a choice.

To protect its territories, Russia will have to withdraw its troops from Ukraine, and here we must use long-range systems to strike Russian troops on the move," he stated.
