Axar.az reports that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov made this statement while commenting on reports that the United States might supply Ukraine with JASSM long-range missiles.

It should be noted that the U.S. is reportedly close to agreeing on the delivery of JASSM long-range cruise missiles to Ukraine.
