The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky proposed to appoint Andrey Sibigan as the first deputy of Dmitry Kuleba as the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Axar.az reports that David Arakhamia, head of the Servant of the People faction in the Verkhovna Rada, said this.

He confirmed that Zelensky came to the faction meeting.

"President Volodymyr Zelensky joined us, we are grateful to him," Arakhamiya wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, Zelensky suggested the appointment of Sibiga, who previously worked in the presidential office, instead of Kuleba.

It should be noted that D. Kuleba resigned from the position of the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
