Washington does not advise the Kyiv authorities on personnel changes in the government.

Axar.az reports that John Kirby, the National Security Council's strategic communications coordinator of the White House, said these words at the next briefing for journalists.

"No, we're not advising on how to run their democracy. That's for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to decide. That's for the people of Ukraine to decide," Kirby said.
