Russia will not agree to any ultimatum

Russia will not agree to any ultimatum regarding the Ukraine conflict.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov.

"Those in power in Ukraine should put aside the ban on any contact. "Russia will not submit to ultimatums, no matter in what form they are presented," he said.
