Zelensky discusses second peace plan

The peace plan must first seriously strengthen Ukraine in terms of weapons.

Axar.az reports that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said this at a joint press conference with the leaders of Latvia, Lithuania, and Croatia.

"I will be consistent about the victory plan. First, we will discuss it with US President Joe Biden. Our peace and victory plan mainly depends on the support of the United States and other partners," Zelensky said.
