Ukraine renames 327 settlements with Russian ties

The Ukrainian Parliament has made a decision to change the names of 327 settlements.

Axar.az reports that this information was shared by MP Yaroslav Jeleznyak on his Telegram channel.

He noted that the new decision regarding the renaming of the 327 settlements was adopted without discussion. The decision was supported by 281 deputies.

"Names of settlements that have Russian and Soviet traditions or Russified names are being changed," he stated.
