The Russian Defense Ministry is putting pressure on President Volodymyr Putin to announce a new mobilization.

Axar.az reports that "Wall Street Journal" wrote about it.

According to the publication, the Ministry of Defense is again experiencing problems with the lack of manpower, so Russia is unable to organize a major counter-offensive in Kursk.

"More and more people say that mobilization is inevitable," the report said.
