Harris: We seek peace, but Nasrullah is a terrorist

US Vice President Kamala Harris, like US President Joe Biden, supported the actions of the Israeli forces that carried out the strike that killed Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrullah.

Axar.az reports that Harris said this during her speech.

"Nasrullah was a terrorist whose hands were covered in American blood. For decades, his leadership of Hezbollah has destabilized the Middle East and killed dozens of innocent people in Lebanon, Israel, Syria and around the world. I will always support Israel's right to defend itself against Iranian proxies like Iran, Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis. President Biden and I do not want the conflict in the Middle East to escalate. We are seeking a diplomatic settlement on the Israeli-Lebanese border so that people on both sides can return to their homes. "Diplomacy remains the best way to protect civilians and ensure stability in the region," Harris said.
