Zelensky doubts Putin's rationality amid nuclear threats

No one knows what is on the mind of the Russian president.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in response to Russian leader Vladimir Putin's nuclear threat.

"He can use nuclear weapons against any country at any time, or he may not. I'm not sure he will do it. I share my thoughts with you, but thank God I'm not Putin. I can't say for certain because he is not rational. Any rational person would not come to Ukraine and do what he has done.

Putin loves to control his life, his lifestyle, and the lives of others. Therefore, I believe he will not use nuclear weapons," Zelensky noted.
