Potential changes in US stance on Ukrainian strikes

U.S. President Joe Biden's administration may ease restrictions on strikes against Russian territory before or immediately after the elections.

Axar.az reports that this opinion was expressed by Kurt Volker, the former U.S. special representative for Ukraine.

"I believe that before the elections, or even shortly thereafter, the Biden administration might start to lift these restrictions, perhaps without making loud announcements. It's entirely possible that decisions will be made gradually in specific cases," he stated.
