Representatives of the Russian Federal Tax Service can be assigned the function of road control only in Zangezur.

Axar.az reports that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said these words during his speech at the conference "Crossroads of the world: the combination of security and democracy".

He quoted paragraph 9 of the tripartite statement dated November 9 (10), 2020, and drew attention to the sentence "The control of transport communication is carried out by the Border Service of the Russian Federal Security Service":

"Recently, this issue was raised in a certain circle, and I asked what it means, who can explain what is understood. This means that representatives of the Russian Federation can be given some monitoring function to observe how Armenia fulfills its obligations.

He claimed that none of the clauses in the statement envisages any restrictions on Armenia's sovereign rights.
