Forest fire in Mugla continues for third day

A forest fire in the Menteşe district of Turkiye's Mugla province, which has been determined to have originated from electric wires, has been ongoing for three days.

Axar.az, a team of 313 personnel is involved in extinguishing the fire, and 16 helicopters and 8 planes have been deployed with the support of the Metropolitan Municipality Rescue Department teams.

It is still not possible to bring the fire under control.
