If I were president, there would be no conflict between Hamas and Israel in the Gaza Strip.

Axar.az reports that former U.S. President Donald Trump stated this in an interview with "Al-Arabiya" television.

"I could have prevented what is happening. This war, the loss of lives, destruction, and the events of October 7 would not have occurred," Trump said.

He also mentioned the possibility of indirect negotiations to end the conflict in the Middle East following the deaths of Yahya Sinwar and Hassan Nasrallah.
