North Korean troops in Russia may become legitimate target

If North Korean troops stationed in Russia are deployed to fight in Ukraine, they will become a legitimate target.

Axar.az reports that this statement was made by John Kirby, spokesperson for the National Security Council at the White House.

"If North Korean soldiers decide to fight in Ukraine, they will be considered a legitimate military target," he said.

It should be noted that the Pentagon has declared that there is evidence of North Korean troops being present on Russian territory.
