BRICS granted partner status to these 13 countries

Today, 13 countries have been granted the status of BRICS partners.

Axar.az informs that the Russian press reported on this.

Thus, Kazakhstan, Algeria, Belarus, Turkiye, Bolivia, Cuba, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nigeria, Thailand, Uganda, Uzbekistan and Vietnam have received partner status.

It should be noted that at the 16th BRICS summit held in Kazan under the chairmanship of Russia from October 22 to 24, the leaders of the BRICS member states decided not to accept new members to the alliance for the time being, but instead to grant BRICS partner status to some countries.
