Delhi will block Baku's membership - Ananyan

Turkiye was granted the status of a partner state in BRICS (at the summit held in Kazan on October 22-24 - ed.), but this is the maximum it will get. Turkiye and Azerbaijan will never be in BRICS. India will not allow it.

Axar.az reports that David Ananyan, an economist who headed the State Revenue Committee in the Pashinyan government (2018-2020), said these words.

He said that 4 BRICS countries - China, India, Iran and Russia are anti-Turkish countries and are "natural" allies of Armenia.
