Putin won't win in Ukraine even with North Korean troops

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin will not be able to win the war in Ukraine, even with the help of soldiers from North Korea.

Axar.az reports that this statement was made by U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.

He noted that the United States and its partners are discussing response options to Russia's involvement of North Korean military personnel in the conflict:

"We take this very seriously. We call on the Kremlin to change course. We fully understand the security implications for both Europe and the Indo-Pacific region. Putin will not win in Ukraine, even with significant assistance from North Korea."
