Axar.az reports that this statement was made by North Korean leader Kim Jong Un during remarks about the launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile.

"I assure you that North Korea will not change its course in strengthening its nuclear armed forces under any circumstances. The missile tests have been conducted as part of enhancing our strategic strike capabilities," Kim Jong Un stated.

It is noted that today North Korea conducted an intercontinental ballistic missile launch toward the Sea of Japan.
