A scuffle broke out among Israel fans in the stands of the Stade de France during a tense match between Israel and France's men's football teams, but a strong police presence helped prevent the serious violence that had occurred in Amsterdam.

Axar.az reports that the match had been labeled "high risk" due to the hooliganism and antisemitism surrounding a recent Europa League game between Ajax and Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Netherlands.

Before the match kicked off, some fans in the crowd booed the Israeli national anthem, and within the first 10 minutes of play, a small group of fans clashed in the upper section of the stadium.

Security swiftly intervened, with riot police positioned at the edge of the stands, ready to act.
