Italy, Spain and Greece follow US in closing Kyiv embassies

Italy, Spain, and Greece have joined the US in closing their embassies in Kyiv due to fears of an imminent attack.

Axar.az reports that Ukraine's state broadcaster, Suspilne, reports that these closures follow the US embassy's earlier announcement of receiving “specific information” about a potential major air assault.

According to Suspilne, intelligence suggests the attack could involve a combination of drones and missiles. However, it is not believed to be linked to Russia's recent changes to its nuclear doctrine.
