Yacht with 45 passengers sinks off Egypt’s Marsa Alam

A yacht carrying 45 people has sunk near the resort town of Marsa Alam in Egypt.

Axar.az informs that this information was reported by the "Metro" publication.

The report indicates that there were 31 passengers and 14 crew members aboard the yacht.

Rescuers were able to save several individuals, but no information has been provided about the number of survivors.

Helicopters and the Navy have been involved in the rescue operations.
