Zelensky and Rutte exchanged views on the "global risks posed by the alliance of Russia, Iran and North Korea". In this regard, "the issue of Russia transferring its modern military technologies in exchange for weapons" was emphasized.

It was reported that one of the other issues in focus was "the critical need for the supply of long-range vehicles and the delivery of weapons from the announced aid packages".
