EU and G7 sign MOU for €18.1 billion loan to Ukraine

The European Union (EU) and the Group of Seven (G7) Ukraine have signed a memorandum of understanding on the allocation of a loan of 18.1 billion euros to Kyiv.

Axar.az reports that Valdis Dombrovskis, the vice-chairman of the European Commission, said this.

He said that the loan will be allocated at the expense of the income obtained from the frozen assets of the Russian Federation.
