Baerbock not ruling out troops in Ukraine for ceasefire

Germany's Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock has not ruled out sending German soldiers to Ukraine in the event of a potential ceasefire.

Axar.az informs that this information was reported by the "Die Welt" publication.

"Should a ceasefire occur between Ukraine and Russia, German soldiers could be deployed in the area to help ensure peace," she stated.

It is worth noting that last week, the new head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, also mentioned that European countries could send troops to Ukraine for a potential ceasefire.
