Iraqi embassy begins evacuation from Syria - Breaking

The embassy of Iraq in Syria has started the evacuation of its citizens in this country.

Axar.az reports that an announcement was posted on the social network account of the Iraqi Embassy.

It was reported that those who want to leave Syria should contact the embassy.

Before that, Russia called on its citizens to leave Syria.

It should be noted that Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) group is about to capture Khums. The leader of the group, Abu Mohammad Colani, announced that the target was Damascus.

Turkish leader Erdogan also expressed his confidence that HTS is moving towards Damascus and will take the capital.

Recently, it was reported that Syrian President Bashar Assad fled the country with his family.
