The US is interested in uniting all Syrian communities into a single country.

Axar.az reports that US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said these words at the hearings held in the Foreign Relations Committee of the House of Representatives.

"I really hope that now there is an opportunity to bring Syria out of the catastrophic situation of the last decades, and we will have a political transition that includes everyone and brings everyone together. We are interested in that," Blinken stressed.

Blinken noted that otherwise, Syria will disintegrate, cause massive migration, and the country's territory will become centers of terrorism and extremism.
