Putin: Russian economy developing despite sanctions

Axar.az reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin stated this at the "United Russia" party congress.

"Russia's economy is developing amid unprecedented sanctions, and attempts at blackmail and interference will not succeed," Putin said.
