Journalist: Russia sent AZAL victims to death

What is already clear is that the Azerbaijani plane was shot down by Russian military forces. There is no doubt that this has been reported to Vladimir Putin. However, for some reason, he is in no hurry to admit the role of Russia in this incident.

Axar.az reports that Elbey Hasanli, a journalist living in Europe, said these words about the accident of the AZAL plane flying from Baku to Grozny in Aktau.

He said that he understood that the civilian plane was shot down by mistake.

"However, Russia's refusal to allow the downed civilian plane to make an emergency landing and purposefully diverting the plane to Kazakhstan in the hope that the traces of the crime in the Caspian Sea would disappear, is already a criminal act. Its responsibility is completely different. In other words, Russia deliberately sent the civilians on the plane it shot down to their deaths to protect its bad image. This is the worst!

There are worse plane crashes caused by Russia. This event will bring those accidents to the agenda again. Because Russia has not taken responsibility for any accident. Let me also say that after this incident Russia's isolation at the international level will deepen. Total propaganda against Russia will intensify.

Russia is in a difficult situation. They cannot admit the truth. Silence also works against Russia."

It should be noted that on December 25, an AZAL plane carrying out the Baku-Grozny flight crashed in Aktau. Of the 67 passengers on board, 38 died and 29 survived.

According to preliminary information, our plane was targeted by the Russian "Pantsir S1" missile over Grozny, and at the same time, the electronic system of the plane was disabled by the radio-electronic combat system. Since Grozny, Makhachkala, and Minvod airports did not allow landing, the plane headed to Aktau airport.
