US aid to Ukraine fuels deaths - Davis

Congressional appropriations for additional aid to the Kyiv authorities only result in more deaths among Ukrainians.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Daniel Davis, the retired lieutenant colonel of the United States.

"Congress' appropriation of billions of dollars allowed Ukrainians to die in an unwinnable war. The most tragic thing is that none of them (US lawmakers - ed.) understood that they were signing a death sentence for Ukrainians," said Davis.
